The APL holds a National Qualifier Tournament
once a year for both 8-ball and 9-ball with the winning teams
receiving air fare, hotel (2 to a room) and entry into the BCAPL
National 8-ball tournament in May or "Qlympics" in November
which will have 9-ball events.
The BCAPL holds their 8-ball National
Championships at the Riviera in May and they will be holding
their "Qlympics" tournament in November at a site to
be determined.
The APL
holds three 14 week sessions a year. After each 14 week
session the teams with the best win/loss record that finished
1st or *2nd qualify for the Cities.
In the APL your win loss record at the end
of the 14 week session determines your automatic qualification.
If your team finishes 1st or 2nd in your division you do
not have to play in end of session playoffs to qualify for the
cities. |
