Five-(5) Vegas Qualifiers a Year
“End of Session” Vegas Qualifier
This new qualifier will take the place of our Regional (Cash) tournament. We will still be paying the same or more in prize money to the teams that finish 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th as we did in the Regional tournament. The big difference is, the winning team not only receives 1st place money they will also qualify to play in the BCA National tournament in Vegas. In addition to 1st place money that will be used for travel expenses the league will pay their team entry fee into the BCA National Tournament. If your team finishes 1st, *2nd or **3rd at the end of the regular session or win the "Best of the Rest" Playoffs they automatically qualify for the “End of Session” Vegas Qualifier which is held after every session *(8) team divisions and above. **(10) team divisions and above.
“Best of the Rest” Playoffs
If your team does not automatically qualify your session is not over! All remaining teams in the division that did not qualify play in the “Best of the Rest” playoffs. The winner qualifies for the above “End of Session” Vegas Qualifier.
“Yearly” Vegas Qualifier
If your team finishes 1st or *2nd they automatically qualify for the BCA National Qualifier*(8) team divisions and above. This Qualifier is once a year. The winning team receives prize fund and the league pays their team entry fee into the BCA National Tournament. We will be sending three-(3) teams this time in the March 08 tournament.
“Wildcard” Vegas Qualifier
This tournament is for the other 60% of the teams that do not qualify or win the Best of the Rest. These teams will pick a wildcard at the end of each session for the next (3) sessions starting at the end of the January 08 session. The wildcard pick will qualify to play in the “Wildcard Vegas Qualifier” in March 09. These teams will only be playing other teams that picked the wildcard. The winning team receives prize fund and the league pays their team entry fee into the BCA National Tournament. This Qualifier is once a year.
